Junior Netball Team Managers Wanted at Harden Country Club

If you have a passion for netball and a heart for mentoring young players, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Harden Country Club! We are on the lookout for 7 dedicated team managers to support our junior netball teams aged 10-14.

Become a Team Manager

As a team manager, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our young netballers during their Monday games from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to the development of our junior players and be a positive influence in their sporting journey.

Responsibilities:

• Organising team schedules and communications
• Assisting with player drills and skill development
• Providing encouragement and support during games
• Ensuring a positive and inclusive team atmosphere

Requirements:

• Availability on Monday afternoons
• Passion for youth sports and mentoring
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
