Annual General Meeting Reminder

Just a reminder to all our members that the 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held tonight at Harden Country Club in the function room. The meeting opens at 6pm on 3 June 2026, with a quorum of 30 members needed by 6:15pm.

This is an important opportunity for members to hear about the club’s activities over the past year, review financial reports, and participate in decision-making about the future direction of Harden Country Club. Your attendance and input are valued as we continue to build a strong community club.

Please arrive promptly to ensure we achieve quorum by 6:15pm so the meeting can proceed as scheduled. We look forward to seeing you there!
