This past Saturday was a memorable day at Harden Country Club’s Anzac Day Stableford event. Simon Glover achieved an extraordinary feat with a hole-in-one on the 10th hole, sponsored by Community Bank Harden-Murrumburrah – Bendigo Bank. His perfect shot landed on the green and rolled straight into the hole, sparking celebrations on the course.

Stableford Competition Highlights

Simon Glover didn’t just stop at the hole-in-one; he went on to win the Stableford competition with an impressive score of 68. His performance secured him a $1000 prize, generously sponsored by Bendigo Bank, showcasing their continued support for the club.

Chad Gilmour was the runner-up, delivering a strong back nine with three birdies, although his efforts fell short due to a birdie-free first nine. Newcomer Cynthia Douglas secured third place with a birdie on the 8th and a par on the 11th, showing promising progress in her game.
